Following the end of his second term as Governor of Edo State on November 11, 2024, His Excellency Godwin Obaseki has embarked on a well-deserved vacation for rest and comprehensive medical evaluations.
This update was shared in a statement by Crusoe Osagie, Obaseki’s Media Adviser.
Osagie highlighted the former governor’s deep gratitude to both God Almighty and the people of Edo State and Nigeria for entrusting him with the opportunity to serve.
In his message, Obaseki also encouraged all Edo citizens, both within Nigeria and abroad, to remain hopeful, committed, and continue praying for the ongoing peace, progress, and prosperity of Edo State and the entire nation.
