Chief Chukwuemeka Orjiakor Calls On Road Contractors To Adhere To Quality, Meet Soludo’s 20-Year Road Specification, Commends Extensive Road Infrastructure Projects Ongoing Across The State

Chief Chukwuemeka Nkem Pat Orjiakor, the CEO of Stelconic Properties Limited, recently urged all road contractors in Anambra State to adhere strictly to Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s standard for road construction, which guarantees a 20-year lifespan.

Speaking to NewdayReporters in Awka on Sunday, Chief Orjiakor praised the governor’s efforts in infrastructure development, stating, “Governor Soludo is doing an exceptional job regarding infrastructure.

“He stands out as a leader who delivers. No matter where you go in the state, you will see at least one or two roads under construction.

“He further emphasized that this extensive road construction aligns with the governor’s campaign promises to declare a state of emergency on roads, which Governor Soludo has successfully implemented.

However, Chief Orjiakor expressed his concern about some contractors handling some of these projects. “The governor is very proactive and is overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. It is crucial for the contractors to maintain the governor’s high standards, which include a 20-year warranty on the roads constructed,” he said.

“We expect nothing less than top-notch quality because that is what Governor Soludo embodies, quality and excellence.”

Chief Orjiakor also commended the governor for his commitment to fulfilling every campaign promise, adding, “I can assure you that the people of Anambra State are happy and proud of his efforts. He should continue the commendable work he is doing.” He concluded.

Meanwhile, Governor Soludo recently inaugurated the construction of the Solution Innovation District Headquarters in Awka. This significant project is expected to become a hub for technology and innovation in the state, though the timeline for its completion remains to be seen.
