Anambra Commissioner, Ify Obinabo Hails Governor Soludo’s Commitment To Women Protection, Development And Empowerment

Honourable Ify Obinabo, the Commissioner for Women and Social Welfare, lauded Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s unwavering dedication to the protection and empowerment of women in Anambra State.

Speaking at the Sister’s Fellowship Convention in Anambra, she attributed her accomplishments to the immense support received from Governor Soludo, who prioritized the safeguarding of women by assigning her a clear mandate.

Obinabo expressed gratitude for what she deemed divine providence, describing Governor Soludo as a God-fearing leader entrusted to guide Anambra.

She urged the women of Anambra to sustain their prayers for the governor’s health and tenure, emphasizing the importance of his continued leadership in delivering democratic dividends.

Highlighting Governor Soludo’s initiatives, Obinabo underscored the provision of free maternal healthcare services, enabling pregnant women across the state to access delivery services without financial burden.

Additionally, she pointed out the governor’s commitment to free education for children attending public schools in Anambra, reflecting his comprehensive approach to women’s welfare.
