Just In: Soludo Resolves Over 30 Years Community Crises in Amorka Town

The resolution was done when some Stakeholders from the Community paid Commissioner for local government chieftaincy and Community Affairs Anambra State, Mr Tony Collins Nwabunwanne Courtesy Visit in his office at government house Awka, NewdayReporters observed.

Commissioner Nwabunwanne, who has resolved so many lingering crises in most communities in the state while Addressing them maintained that he will continue to Champion the cause of peace and stability in all the Communities.

He promised Amorka Community that they will continue to enjoy lasting peace and stability as according to him, Governor Chukwuma Soludo is ever interested and passionate in ensuring peace in the conduct of Communities town Union Elections in the state.

The local government boss during the harmonization meeting disclosed the Change from Amorka improvement Union to Amorka United Union as it was agreed by the Community on 3rd August during their National Convention.

Commissioner Nwabunwanne Announced that the State government will conduct Amorka, town Union Election on June 24th 2023 in line with the Constitution of the ministry for lasting peace in the community.

Responding, some of the stakeholders present appreciated Governor Chukwuma Soludo and Commissioner Tony Collins Nwabunwanne for ensuring that peace return in all communities, they remarked that the era of carrying placards to protest infront of government house has become a thing of the past since the local government boss Mr Nwabunwanne assumed office.
