The CEO of Impact Travels Limited, Mr. Malachy Ezeani, has officially tied the knot with his longtime sweetheart, Engineer Vanessa Okeke, in a beautiful wedding ceremony held at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Awkunanaw, Enugu, Nigeria.
The event, which attracted prominent figures, captains of industry, CEOs, friends, and family, was officiated by Rev. Father Pepe Arinze. In his sermon, Fr. Pepe Arinze emphasized the importance of commitment in marriage, encouraging the couple to remain steadfast in their love and prioritize one another above all else.
He cautioned them to avoid allowing third parties to interfere in their union, stressing that challenges may arise, but mutual dedication and understanding will keep their bond strong.
The highlight of the service was the couple’s exchange of marital vows and the signing of their marriage certificate. This solemn moment was supervised by their sponsors, Prof. and Dr. (Mrs.) Frank George Umeh, who stood in support of the newlyweds.
Following the church ceremony, the celebration continued with a grand reception held at Richchrest Hotels and Resort, also in Enugu. The reception venue was filled to capacity, with an overflow of guests eager to join in the festivities.
Chief Ndidi Aniekwe, the Ide of Okpuno and Chairman of the occasion, delivered words of encouragement to the couple. In his address, he urged them to embrace God and to practice patience and forbearance, reminding them to reflect on the priest’s wise counsel.
The parents of the bride, Mrs. Obianuju Okeke, and the groom’s parents, Mr. Jonah and Mrs. Comfort Ezeani, were filled with joy and gratitude. They each offered heartfelt prayers for the couple, asking God to bless and protect their union. Mr. Jonah Ezeani, overwhelmed with happiness, shared his delight at witnessing his son’s bold decision to take his marital vows at the altar. He expressed that he would leave Enugu a fulfilled and happy man.

The wedding, described as the “talk of the town” in Enugu, was graced by notable personalities, including Chukwuma Ephraim Okeke, popularly known as CEO, and the CEO of Geo Series Travels, among others.
