Nigerian cleric Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere, popularly known as Odumeje, recently shared that his TikTok account was blocked due to his controversial “dangerous miracles.”
In a video that has since gone viral, Odumeje spoke to his congregation about TikTok’s decision to remove his account, citing the platform’s view that his supernatural acts crossed certain boundaries.
According to Odumeje, his miraculous displays were perceived as too extreme for TikTok to handle, ultimately leading to the suspension of his account. He lamented that even Facebook and other social media platforms were not receptive to the nature of his miracles, suggesting that his dramatic acts were not welcome on these platforms.
“Because of my dangerous miracles, TikTok rejected me. They disconnected me,” Odumeje declared in the viral clip. “They said this miracle is beyond them.”
While TikTok’s community guidelines are designed to prohibit harmful, illegal, or misleading content, it remains unclear whether showcasing “dangerous miracles” specifically falls under this policy, resulting in a permanent ban.
Odumeje, known for his unorthodox style and often polarizing teachings, has long been a topic of public fascination and skepticism, with many questioning the authenticity of his miraculous claims.
