Chief Sir Chukwuemeka Nkem Pat Orjiakor, the CEO of Stelconic Properties Limited, has congratulated Governor Chukwuma Soludo on his recent accolade of being named the 2013 Governor of the Year by Champion Newspaper.
In an interview with NewdayReporters on Saturday, the APGA Chieftain expressed his admiration for Governor Soludo’s achievements, particularly highlighting the governor’s significant contributions to infrastructure development across Anambra State.
Orjiakor remarked, “Governor Soludo’s recognition comes as no surprise given the remarkable infrastructure projects he has initiated throughout the state, especially in rural communities. Presently, it is hard to find any community in Anambra that is not benefiting from a major infrastructure project undertaken by Soludo’s administration.”
Acknowledging the governor’s accomplishments, Orjiakor emphasized the need for continued progress, stating, “Although Governor Soludo has excelled in his efforts thus far, the reward for a job well done is more work. This award should serve as a catalyst and motivation for him to further enhance his contributions to Ndi Anambra.”
Chief Orjiakor specifically mentioned the importance of connecting Achalla to Awka Capital, noting that this would be a significant achievement for the residents of Awka South Local Government. “This connection would be greatly appreciated by our people,” he added.
Nkem Orjiakor praised Governor Soludo for the award, encouraging him to surpass his achievements in the remaining two years of his term.
Notably, Soludo’s recognition as the Governor of the Year makes him the first governor in Anambra’s history to receive this prestigious award within the first two years in office, marking a record-setting accomplishment.
