APGA Becomes First Political Party In Nigeria To Go 100% Digital, National Chairman, Ezeokenwa Announce June 1st Commencement Of Digital Membership Registration, Says Party Committed To Lifting Nigerians Out Of Poverty

The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) is on the verge of making history as Nigeria’s first fully digital political party. The party’s National Chairman, Barrister Sly Ezeokenwa, said this in a recent interview on X Space hosted by Anambra New Media, while reflecting on his one year in office. He also ex-rayed APGA’s strategic roadmap for the future.

Barrister Ezeokenwa highlighted the party’s unwavering commitment to addressing socio-economic issues, with a primary focus on poverty alleviation.

Under his leadership, APGA has embarked on a transformative journey characterized by enhanced political engagement across the nation, the promotion of internal democracy, and a strong emphasis on inclusivity and discipline.

Significant accomplishments include a comprehensive rebranding effort, expansion under the DRIVE agenda, and the elevation of leadership standards.

A key element of APGA’s digital transformation is the imminent launch of a fully digital membership registration system, set to go live on June 1, 2024.

Barrister Ezeokenwa encouraged young Nigerians to take advantage of this innovation to join the party and pursue their political ambitions through this innovative digital platform.

Addressing misconceptions that APGA is solely an Igbo party, Barrister Ezeokenwa emphasized the party’s positive impact nationwide.

Speaking on the party’s Ideology, He credited former Governor Peter Obi’s successes to his implementation of APGA’s core ideologies.

Still speaking, Ezeokenwa identified the party’s greatest asset as its National Leader, Governor Prof. CC Soludo of Anambra State.

He lauded Governor Soludo’s remarkable achievements in infrastructure, education, health, and the digital economy, noting the empowerment of thousands of youths through various initiatives.

Barrister Ezeokenwa reiterated that APGA’s core mission of poverty eradication remains paramount.

He highlighted the establishment of APGA NEXT Generation, a platform designed to support young Nigerians in their growth, development, and political aspirations.

As part of this initiative, the party aims to reduce the prices of nomination forms by 50% for young candidates.

Emphasizing the party’s stance on anti-corruption, he stated that APGA does not demand anything from its elected candidates but expects them to fulfill their promises to the electorate.

Barrister Ezeokenwa reaffirmed APGA’s commitment to fostering inclusivity and driving positive change for all Nigerians under his leadership.
