President Bola Tinubu has expressed confidence in Nigeria’s economic recovery, assuring that the nation’s economy will soon regain its strength. He emphasized the need for unity and collaboration among various levels of government to achieve national development goals.

This sentiment was echoed during a meeting in Lagos where Tinubu, represented by Vice President Kashim Shettima, addressed state governors and members of the National Assembly.

Vice President Shettima highlighted Nigeria’s pivotal role in the future of the black race and predicted a resurgence of the economy in the coming months.

He called for unity, urging stakeholders to rally behind President Tinubu’s leadership for the nation’s advancement.

The gathering, attended by 27 governors and key legislative figures, showcased President Tinubu’s ability to unify diverse groups, transcending ethnic and religious differences.

Vice President Shettima praised Tinubu’s inclusive leadership style, emphasizing the importance of collective action for national progress.

Senate President Godswill Akpabio commended governors for emulating Tinubu’s leadership approach, characterized by inclusivity and consultation across party lines. He expressed confidence in Tinubu’s leadership, wishing him success in his endeavors.

Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara State lauded Tinubu’s efforts in stabilizing the economy and improving living standards.

He highlighted positive developments such as the stabilization of the exchange rate and decreasing food prices, attributing them to Tinubu’s initiatives.

AbdulRazaq also expressed gratitude for federal support to states, particularly in distributing grains to address food shortages.

He pledged the governors’ commitment to supporting Tinubu’s initiatives and collaborating with the federal government to drive progress nationwide.
