Chief Orjiakor while speaking with NewdayReporters expressed his shock with the news, praying that God recieves the soul of Pa Simeon Soludo in his Bossom.
He praised Pa Simeon as a man of character and discipline who’s good life has earned him a good name amongst his people.
He described his death as a huge loss, not just for the Soludos, but the entire Ndi Anambra.
He said that the quality of children Pa Soludo raised is a testament to his life and times on earth.
Chief Orjiakor added that Pa Soludo’s death has left a vacuum that cannot be filled.
He explained that Pa Soludo’s discipline robbed off on his son Charles Soludo, who has had an incredible career both as a University Lecturer, a central Bank Governor and as a Politician.
The erstwhile Deputy Chairman, Awka South Local Council prayed that God gives the governor and his entire family, the fortitude to bear this magnanimous loss.
