Comr. Chinedu Onwuadike Leads FCET Umunze, Other SUG Presidents To Celebrate Innoson On 63rd Birthday, Hails Him For Putting Igbo On Global Map

The SUG President of Federal College of Education Technical, Umunze, Comrade Chinedu Onwuadike on Sunday, 1st October led a delegation of Students from Umunze and other SUG Presidents to the residence of Chief Innocent Chukwuma to mark his 63rd birthday anniversary.

The student leader who was accompanied by comr. Okoye Matthew Okpala the SUG President of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Comrade Nnadi Franklin the SUG President of Federal Polytechnic, Oko, amongst others seized the opportunity to applaud the foremost indigenous car manufacturer in Nigeria for inspiring the next generation and putting Igbo on the map.

In his words, “Today we the students who represent the next generation came to celebrate you for the years of great exploits and accomplishments that has put Igbo Land on the global map.

“It is not an easy feet to be the first Nigerian to begin manufacturing of automobiles locally, it is an accomplishment that we are all proud of as a people and it is an accomplishment that inspires us and motivates us as young people to aim for more.

We are proud of you and we want to use this opportunity on behalf of all students of Federal College of Education Technical, Umunze to say, continue your good works and keep representing us.” He concluded.

In response, the CEO of Innoson Group, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the students, thanked the Leaders for the gesture and promised to continue in the path that promotes the igbo value of hard work and dignity of labour.

 

The student leaders presented a portrait as a gift to Chief Innocent Chukwuma to mark his 63rd Birthday Anniversary.
