Nollywood actress and skit maker, Bukunmi Adeaga Ilori better known as Kiekie has reintroduced herself to the world after bagging 3 awards at the 2023 AMVCA.
Kemi Filani reported on Sunday that Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards released its 9th edition nominee and Kiekie who had made the list bagged 3 nominations.
The mum of two was recognized for her work in Fake Alert with Mercy Johnson, and Back From the Future with BBNaija’s Elozonam. Kiekie had also bagged a nomination for the best online social content creator.
Taking to her Instagram page to share the good news, Kiekie expressed her gratitude to the award organizers.
She expressed how excited she is that her work didn’t go unnoticed.

Femi Adebayo’s King of Thieves bag 9 nominations at AMVCA
Kemi Filani reported that since Africa Magic Viewers Choice Award (AMVCA) released its 2023 nomination list, the internet has been agog as actors/actresses take to their Instagram pages to rejoice over their nominations.
One of the nominees of the upcoming award show is Yoruba actor, Femi Adebayo, who can’t keep calm.
The movie producer had bagged 9 nominations for this year’s edition.
His movie, King of Thieves bagged 9 nominations for Best Director, Best Actor, Best Art Director, Best Writer, Best Picture Editor, Best Makeup, Best Sound Track, and Best Overall Movie.
Sharing the good news via his Instagram page, Femi Adebayo congratulated himself and the cast and crew of the movie.

Toyin Abraham bags 3 nominations
Also, beloved screen goddess and filmmaker, Toyin Abraham Ajeyemi bagged 3 nominations.
An excited Toyin Abraham revealed that this is the first time a movie produced by her, will be nominated for the award.
Her movie, Ijakumo has been nominated in the Best Cinematography category, Best and Best.
Sharing the good news on her Instagram page, Toyin expressed gratitude to God as she noted how one’s hard work always pays off in the end.
The big win for the movie star is coming two years after she was ignored.
